Chenrui Ma
A designer exploring how AI, systems, and emerging technologies shape human trust, behaviour, and emotional experience.
In three words I am: Curious. Reflective. Human-centred.
I’ve always been drawn to the small emotional moments people rarely talk about — hesitation before trusting AI, anxiety when making important decisions, or frustration with systems that are meant to help. That curiosity is what led me to UX.
My projects often start from real social experiences and turns them into research-driven design questions explored through UX, AI interaction, and service design. For me, UX is not just about solving problems, but about designing more thoughtful relationships between people, technology, and everyday life.
